Our hospital and healthcare organization is seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for mental health and a desire to provide outstanding patient care. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients struggling with a variety of mental health conditions. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that address the individual needs of each patient, and you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in our community.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose mental health conditions
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients and adjust treatment as necessary
Provide counseling and therapy to patients, both individually and in groups
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Keep accurate records of patient treatments and progress
Stay up-to-date with relevant research and techniques in the field of mental health
Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements

Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited university
Current state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist
At least 3-5 years of experience providing patient care in a clinical setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
